In 2022 Karen was the no1 selling agent in Australia with LJ Hooker in addition to being the only agent from Queensland to be ranked in the REB Top Women in Real Estate in 2019, 2020 & 2021. Customers have also recently ranked Karen as the Top Agent in Wellington Point and Thorneside in 2024.

In the UK, her sporting prowess during her teen years also helped position her for future business success, as the commitment to training and discipline was a staple of daily life when she swam for England and played hockey and squash at county level.
